I'm passionate about my work, passionate about our inner worlds, and passionate about the uniqueness of each human story. I'm interested in the way we function and behave in all our complexity. I also love learning and growing, and so am continually expanding my toolbox and understanding of the workings of our psyche and behavior, by learning new modalities and techniques.
Psychotherapy is a second career for me. I come to it with a lot of different life experiences, both personal and professional, internal and external, light and dark.
I am an immigrant and have been in the USA since 2000. I completed my post graduate degree at John F. Kennedy University in the USA, and have been practicing in the Bay Area since 2003.
I have worked in private practice and at non profits for the past 17 years. The latter have included low fee community service in Berkeley, and outpatient and residential substance use disorder facilities in Richmond and San Pablo.
